Took my male 2yr old desexed Staffy to the vet for his yearly Vaccination he is usually well behaved but once in the vets room he went crazy no aggression just would not stay still hid under the seat too strong to hold so extra help was brought in any one got any ideas of how to retain him to accept strange places with ease.

Poor little thing. Vets places can be so scary for them all the animal smells etc. Misty sits very quietly and just shakes, as soon as the treatment is over she is running out the door. We always take very smelly high value treats we save just for vets visits. Sometimes though she is just so stressed she won't even eat in there.

We sit on the floor with her stroking her gently and talking quietly to try to relax her. Our vets have said we are welcome to come in when they are closed for visits over lunchtime to try to get her more used to it.
I do hope your boy is ok.

Pop in for no reason, treat and fuss, go home. Again and again and again. When he's a bit more relaxed, get a nurse to say hello, pop into a consulting room for treats and, again when he's ready, book and appointment or two with a vet to do nothing. Breaking down the expectation can be a major part of retraining.
