can any one tell me if i can get some thing to remove this

I wouldn't even consider trying to remove something like that myself. If it's a problem, for example rubbing on the collar, I'd ask the vet to look at it. If it's not a problem I'd leave it be.

Personally I would watch that it doesn't get sore or any bigger and just mention it to your vet at the next visit Michael.

Katy has one on her side, looks like another nipple but higher. Vet said it was ok, but she was scratching the other day (& you know how they can't seem to have control over their back legs ) she scratched her lump & it bled quite a bit. Its ok now after a bit of savlon I don't think it was bothering her just her bad scratch aiming!
