CBD and Shale
Hi all.
My name is Dave and i am between the moors and dales in North Yorkshire.
I recently rehomed a Staffordshire cross puppy from the Dogs Trust in Leeds.
I did not go to get a puppy infact i wanted an much older dog to give a loving home too in the countryside.
Anyway a week later i arrive home with a 11 week old Pup called Engelbert.
Quite why i fell for this skinny 4.1kg wee smelling belly bloater with a awful name i dont know but such is life
Dogs Trust info card photo
He was found as a stray by the dog warden at around 8 weeks front legs turned in and in very poor health
At home now safe and sound
So over the next few days of which he slept most of it im thinking of his new name Shale was the winner of many ideas due to his blue ish shades. In hinsight in might have been better to wait a bit long as he is changing colour to a shades of brown as he grows
Chilling in the summer house
and upto his favorite pass time of mischief in the garden
But its very easy to forgive him
after all its my fault for not removing them
A glance of the future?
All jabbed up and ready to make friends
and go for a walk
He is now 17 weeks in good health growing well weighing in at 11.2kg and learning new things daily.
Good and bad but im working on it and will soon be taking puppy classes loacals for more help
Cheers

Re: CBD and Shale
Hi and Welcome. What a stunning pup Shale is! I think sometimes it is just meant to be with puppies - they come into your life when you least expect it. I got Rhia around the same time as you from a rescue and she is about the same age as Shale - didnt expect to have her at the time but couldnt have asked for any more
