Poor Daisy may have cushings disease
Poor old girl. Took to vets to see if I can get some drugs for her arthritis. The vet took bloods to see if her kidneys and liver were able to cope. The reading for one of them was 900 and shouldn't have been more than 150 for normal function. This is an indication of cushings disease.
She is off to have more tests on Monday. Apparently a lot of older dogs have it and many people misunderstand it for just old age. Hope she will be ok bless her.

Re: Poor Daisy may have cushings disease
Thank you all, if it is the vet says she can give her a tablet that she would need to be on for live, and it almost reverses the effects and she should get a new lease of life. Lets hope so x
