My dog is of the leash almost everyday, so he gets natural excercise
We love long walks and playing together - thats all what we do
We dont practice weightpulling etc. if u mean that

No. I didn't mean weight pulling, the muscles don't really look like that. He just looks very fit & I wondered how much you put into it. Some staffs seem to be able to muscle up quite easily, some seem to have to have loads of excercise!
