to start with the bitch will do everything. All you need do is make sure she has giod quality food (at this stage a puppy food is good), a toilet break every three or four hours & clean/change soiled bedding.
Get hold of the book called "the book of the bitch" & it will see you through. The pups will need worming soon, plus you'll need to know when/how to wean the pups & that book is full of advice! Don't forget that they will have to be microchipped.
personally, i would find good homes for them, butif you can't find homes then take tgem to a rescue centre at 8 weeks.

Hi ya, welcome to the forum from Flo and me.
Ah, what a situation to be in ! As Gilly says above, the Mum will do all the looking after to begin with but I would suggest getting in touch with your vet, they will be able to offer advice about on going care and should be able to suggest what you can do about rehoming the puppies when the time is right.
If you can, please try and keep the litter together with mum, it's so important for their future as they learn so very much in those first 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks they will be ready to start new lives in loving homes

Vets, generally, aren't great for rehoming pups. Most won't advertise litters, and would just suggest phoning the RSPCA. They can give good general advice on rearing puppies, but The Book of the Bitch will tell you much, much more.
You might like to start asking your friends/relatives if they (or someone they know) are looking for pups. Make sure that any enquiries are genuine, and visit the potential owners in their own homes. Don't offer the pups as 'free to a good home' as the people who trade in bait dogs are constantly looking for free pups & adults to use in training fighting dogs - horrible thought!
