Re: Colour
They certainly can! My boy is blue & white and now has brindle on his back, eyes changed colour completely, & his white mostly covered in freckles now. Love him even more for his beauty, he gets a tonne of compliments from strangers!

Re: Colour
with blues, the blue bits can often lighten as t5he dog gets older & develop brindling on the blue patches.

Re: Colour
My dog started as blue and white. Now he's blue/fawn brindle, but it depends on the time of year and the light, as he sometimes looks blue and other times looks almost brown. His eyes were grey and are now brown, but I'm always getting compliments from people about his colour.

Re: Colour
I was just wondering about colour earlier this week, Una's black and white but we've finally had some sunshine (feels like it's been months of dark) and we're spotting some brown/ginger in there - it's like someone's dusted Una with cinnamon

Re: Colour
Elsa was pure blue with white bits on the chest and toes with ice blue eyes when we got her but now depending on the light she looks grey with brindle through her back legs. She's a gorgeous colour and everybody compliments her.. X

Absolutely beautiful.I wouldn't think she would change much.My Arthur is black brindle, red dad, dark brindle mum. When the sun is on him the red glistens. The red does seem to be more noticeable than when we had him,but it's beautiful.

Re: Colour
I dont think shes changed, the colours are magnified now shes much bigger. My blue has brindle splotches on his back, more prominent now hes bigger but when i look back at 8wk old pics they are there just very faint. Your girl is stunning btw, wow!!!

Re: Colour
When Gizmo was a puppy the lighter bits of his brindle were waaaay more orange. Looks like your boy's done the same thing, but for blue instead of orange.
Looking at that photo you might want to put something over the wires on your TV until he's out of the chewing stage. Gizmo killed quite a few extension leads (luckily not switched on) until we worked out his range.
