What colour will pup be/ how much is too much
Hi I have brought a English staffy father blue mother white with black spots. He is back and white but his coat looks like it's turning brown? He is 10 weeks, will he fully turn brown? Also I am feeding him 700 grams or more aday along with biscuits and treats is that too much? Thank you!

He probably won't turn fully brown no, but their fur does change a bit as the grow up, my harv staff was black and white when he came home. He's now white and brindle with a LOT of black skin spots

Welcome Henry!
I've no idea I'm afraid what colour your pup will end up as, but we'd love to see a photo of him. And I'm sure you'll adore him whatever the colour of his coat!
Ref the feeding, I'm supposing that at 10 weeks old he is still on 3 or 4 meals a day. If you'd care to give us details of what exactly you are feeding him we can maybe advise you a bit further.

I feed him a full 700 gram chum over the course of the day, and maybe two bowls of natures goodness puppy biscuits then puppy treats and pigs ears to chew on. My brother got a pup from the same litter and they said it was too much but he seems hungry! Yes I def will love him no matter what, I didn't anticipate how hard it would be though ! Can I send pic off phone?

when you say you are feeding him chum, do you mean Pedigree Chum? Tinned or dry?

Hi and welcome, your pup is gorgeous :-) tinned food contains alot of water but also the quality of ingredients in pedigree is not very good. I haven't used puppy food so someone else will be able to make recommendations, this is our recommended list
http://staffy-bull-terrier.com/dry_food
Also alot of memers feed James well beloved and wainwrights :-)

There is a website called whichdogfood which is really good for searching and comparing the ingredients, reviews etc, it also points out any dodgy ingredients!! You want to look for a high meat content, avoid anything that says meat and animal derivatives :-)

He won't go brown, he will just be showing brindle. Most staffs that are black have some brindle underlay
