I was up town and heard loud squeaking so me being me went and was nosey it was a very young staffy tied up 
the winds are very high dnt ubderstand some people my hesrt went out to the wee soul.

Don't people care? This makes me so mad! Even if it was a lovely day I'd never leave Misty tied up anywhere, too terrified someone would take her!
