Short toe
Hi all,
We have noticed that Pixie now 5 months has a short toe on her left leg. It doesn't appear to cause her any issues or pain. Has anyone else experienced this? Here is a photo:
Thank you!

Re: Short toe
no experience of this if it doesn't affect her balance or anything I wouldn't worry too much about it

Re: Short toe
As Crystal has said if its not bothering her or affecting her movement in any way don't worry yourself about it

Re: Short toe
I agree with the others, if it's not painful or causing issues with walking then I would leave it be

Re: Short toe
the only thing you might have a problem with is the over growth of the claw. but if you just keep an eye on it and clip it if necessary I doubt it'll be a problem.

Re: Short toe
I can't imagine it will cause tooo much bother, but it might put a bit of strain on the ligaments and tendons in her leg, so just be aware of any slight limping. As gilly says, the claw might overgrow if its not hitting the ground, so just keep a watch on it
