Little nurse.

Home after a rather painful stint in hospital having my appendix removed. Bug was acting really strange, and being an emotional mess, I thought that she was avoiding me. But now that I'm settled she's crawled up and given my incisions a good sniff, and is being soooo gentle, resting her head and keepin me warm. can't believe how clever and intuitive these little bundles of muscle are. We're all so very lucky to have them!

Ah she's so sweet! Glad you're home and resting up. Being with Bug will help you recover so much quicker than being in a hospital

Lovely to see - they are just gorgeous caring dogs. The profile picture of Milo with my grandaughter shows how caring they are. Little Izzy (our grandaughter) had been in the hot tub too long that day and had gotten cold bless her. We wrapped her up in warm towels and she went to sleep.

Milo then proceeded to snuggle up to her, licked her nose and went sleep alongside her. This was his first visit down south to see my daughter and her young family, we'd only had him a couple of weeks. I was so chuffed xx

Thank you all! She's managed to have a good walk on Friday and Saturday, but I'm on my own today until 9pm and don't think walking her on my own is the best idea. She has her Kong for feeds, and I'm throwing her tennis balls but I can't do any flirt pole/tuggy games. Martyn will be home late tonight, and able to do her normal walks from tomorrow. Just feel like a mean mama
