Hi my name is Mr Biggs and what a handsome boy I am!

When my key worker friend first met me she couldn't believe how broad I am. But I soon showed her what a big friendly giant I am. I sat beside her nice and calm and quietly sneaked in the odd kiss right up her cheeks. She couldn't help but fall in love with me immediately.

My old owner had to leave me in a shed which made me very sad.

I'm not an old oldie, there is plenty of life and fun in me. I am very sensible though and for a big lad I am so easy to walk. I have good manners and don't pull you.

I am quite new to SSC so I am still being tested with other dogs however I am pleased to say I don't react to them at all in kennels and seem a very mild mannered chap. My transporter said I liked his dog too and was a very good boy.

I have not been tested with children yet but I love everyone I meet so I think I would like little people too. Although perhaps it would be better if they weren't too little because I am such a big lad I wouldn't want to knock them over or hurt them by accident.

I don't really have any teeth, just little stumps. I'm not sure what happened to them. My friends at SSC will make sure I get any treatment I need before I get a new home but they don't seem to bother me at all. I don't mind going in the car or going to the vets. I am just an all round good boy really.

I hope to be able to sneak a few kisses up your cheeks very soon.

Mr Biggs is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.  He is in kennels in the Worcester area but can be re-homed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet him where he is now. There is an adoption donation of £90 for Mr Biggs, and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care
