Another american shooting

Just heard on the news, 15 dead in oregon after a shooting. Perp in custody. 

Why does this happen so much 

I've not heard about this yet, guess I'll catch it on the news later.

I think part of the reason this keeps happening is the scant regard for human life and the fact that most Americans won't give up guns as they believe it's their right to bare arms, which in my mind puts them firmly in the 18th century.

Firmly indeed! I am sorry if any americans are on here, but i can't stand that attitude of entitlement for guns and rights etc. We are a society not individual. If you want to be individual, go live in the outter herbredes.
