so we made 8 out of 21 last weekend happy with that despite tangles and all sorts of mess ups. next race this weekend feeling confident and good to be running two dog again, fingers crossed for a place. have new lines and harness setup. go team staffsky

oops forgot cam last weekend... was gutted as my girl did so well on the night run. loving the fact I'm seeing more staffs at the races now! they are doing so well in both bikejor and canicross. will post a vid either tomorrow or monday. this seems to be a fast course

Shame on you! Do you need to do any special fittness work (for the dogs!) before you start or do you just keep them ticking over with long walks throughout the summer?

start line from this weekend, last we made 8 out of 21 this we were second on the sunday 2 dog bikejor
well proud of them
This weekend I intend on a good sleep and training at night...phew

going well so far, nothing but training until November now so just enjoying the experience. this is from saturday, a new route and they did so well. just love dogs
