Following on from the story about a staffie saving his owner
... I wish Axl would stop trying to "save" me when I'm doing Yoga lol he jumps up from wherever he's sleeping, circles me and either sits on me or gets underneath me and props me up. I love the fact he's helping in his little head but at this rate I'm never going to finish my DVD lol

Ah... I didn't know that was a feature of yoga as well, I thought it was just Pilates. Millie's convinced that part of the core strengthening work involved having a dog on you.

I had a go at pull ups when we were in the park.
Gizmo stood barking at me, before deciding that leaping at my legs was the best way to stop this madness.

Ralph is the same when Danny is trying to do his press ups! He has to wait until Ralph is sleeping, then sneak off and do them upstairs!

Lexi was helping me school the ponies today. Kept making me fall over so the ponies got to stop working. They are in cahoots!

Flo simply huffs when I do my exercising... Anyone would think it's her sofa by the looks she gives me when I get up to go to the fridge
