How hard is it keeping beau still

Hi all as you know beau was spayed last Thursday and you know what it's the hardest week of our lives trying to keep beau off the settee and bed and running around its a night mare can't wait till next week when we go to the vets to have her stitches out her plaster has come off but shes not bothered about her stitches it's a 24/7 but it's worth it

is she having any lead walks? I did 2 x 10 min lead walks a day + a easy training sessions in house after Bug's spay. King feed each meal or offer a meaty bone/chew to exercise her jaws and settle her too.

Aww bless wee beau keep an extra eye on her this week mark the stitches will be itchy mias prone to jumping on people and sofa etc i kept her on the lead for practically 2 weeks it was a nightmare at the time but worth it in the end Smile

Double check with your vet, but i've always done this, and also did with dogs that had been spayed in kennels. Even those short walks can help them to settle in the house, and limit the damage from zoomies!

OMG I can't even imagine what she must be like, I couldn't keep Koda still for a second if I tried !!! Hope you can sneak a wee gentle walk in and she is feeling better day by day x
