hi is it normal for a 9 week old pup to have a overshot mouth ?

Can you attach a photo? An overshot jaw can cause troubles with eating etc, so perhaps you could consult your vet and ask their opinion. Are you still in touch with the breeder? Do any of your pups siblings have the same?
