Yes everyone should definatly have there dogs chipped .
Its so wrong what the vet did and I would be furious if it was me too poor family must be heartbroken

Thats terrible, i don't want to begin to imagine how I would feel. I agree that micro-chipping is so important, but they never mentioned whether it did or didn't. Really sad

Yes poor Zero went from breeder to vet to be chipped (bet he wondered what was going on poor boy) but its a must, mums jrt has a tag saying "on medication" which i think is a good idea for dogs that are

i presume she wasn't chipped, they classified her as stray. i do want to believe that she was in distress when they found her, because the vets should have a serious reason to make such decision... if she was really suffering and in pain, and seemed to be homeless, that may explain the decision...
i feel extremely sorry for the owners, but partially it is their fault that their dog didn't have any form of identification.

Poor family must be heartbroken vets are supposed to help,not put them down without consent. Well,that's why it is important to have them chipped. Poor Staffy
