What does your pup look like at 5 months

Morning,

I think Maisie may be a cross she seems to leggy to be a full staff would be interested to know what everyone elses pups looked like at five months.

She'll be 5 months tomorrow. I struggle to get pictures of a standing up because she's not one for standing still although I've often thought that pepper is quite long legged for a Staffie, but we saw mum and dad and she's definitly full staff, perhaps they grow up before out if that makes sense?

They do look odd at certain times all looks normal until they mature around a year to aged three

They often go up before they go out so don't worry if she looks a bit tall and un-proportionate! I've been told they fill out properly around 2-3 years so she's still got plenty of growing to do

Baxter was quite leggy, he's one now and has started to look fuller. Our breeder said they tend to go upwards until around one then fill out and will be fully mature at around three.

Yep Harrie was very leggy at that age I had plenty of people happily tell me she is not pure staff I just gave them a stock standard reply "we bought her without papers as a family pet so I really dont give a rats @$$ what you think" Her body grew into her legs and alls good now.

Aw that's exactly what Maisie looks like. We saw mum and dad too I thought they were full staffs her dad was a big lad! Cheers guys

I've had this too a lot of people have asked me if Marley is a cross because his legs are long, just think they are growing quicker than the rest of him

I get this off people telling me Mia will be a tall staffie which i don't mind

She looks like a full staff to me! Exactly the same leg and body shape as Marley she's lush
