11 Months

Hi all,

Baxter is 11 months now, he still has the slight look of a puppy particularly his head which is still quite small compared to his 23 kilo body.

Do you think he still has some growing to do, or is he not likely to change much ?

11 months and 23 kg thats a big boy are you sure of this this weight?
If so the body is way to big for the head

18-24 months is when they generally stop growing so more changes to come yet

Generally they grow taller in the first 12 months and fill out the next 24 months.

hes still got some growing to do they do look odd sometimes if you are at all overly concerned you could pop him to the vet but all sounds normal

He is still a puppy at 11 months. He looks a lovely boy. I very much doubt his proportions will change much although he's likely to carry on filling out. Bo is the opposite, he has a whopping head and a small body. I wouldn't care what he looked like but I must admit his compact frame is ideal for my tiny house!

At times my pup Alfie's face looks like an old feller and other times he still looks like a puppy, he has a large head. He's 9 months old this week and was weighed at the vets a fortnight ago and he was 22kg.

23 kilos is definitely his weight, he was weighed at the Vets yesterday. Here's a recent pic of my lad so you can see what he looks like

They all grow differently but it is all in the genes
