Recommendations for boarding in Bristol please?
Can any one help please?
We are going away with my family next year to Turkey and I was hoping my mother in law would look after my two girls, however she has refused to do this!
We have only ever left them before with my mum but as we will be going away with her this is not possible.
Can anyone recommend a very very good boarder please? I'm already starting to panic about leaving them as they are my world
Thank you in advance

Re: Recommendations for boarding in Bristol please?
Hi, I live South Bristol and know of several good people. Do your
girls get on well with other dogs? What part of Bristol do you live and are
you flying from Bristol Airport because I know one lady extremely well
that I can recommend. I would have no trouble leaving my boy with
her (if only he was dog friendly) and he is my world too.

Another possibility to look into is the site below Karen, a friend has used it and can only sing its praises. They have new friends from it and kind of share the dog in that if the owner wants to get away for a weekend or whatever, the other family are more than happy to step in.

Re: Recommendations for boarding in Bristol please?
Karen have a look at jessicaspetcare.co.uk (sorry i don't know how to do links). There is also a Facebook page jessicas pet care.
You will see that her 'boarders' are in her home and sat on the sofa in a
family environment. Jess has a large garden for play and she walks her
dogs well.
If you know Chew Valley lakes, she lives by the Blue Bowl Inn which will
be very convenient for Bristol Airport.
Jess grew up in this area so she is very well known.
I have no hesitation recommending Jess and would leave my dog with her,
and nobody could love their dog more than me (except all of you here)
Before she had her children she would also house sit. Her own dogs are
labradors but she is good with all animals including dogs and horses. At one time she
had another lady helping her who was a qualified Veterinary Nurse who
was trained at Highcroft Veterinary Hospital in the Wells Road at Whitchurch.
Don't know if that is still the case.
I have no connection with Jessicas Petcare, just wanted to help a fellow
Staffie Owner as I know how it feels to have to leave them with someone else.
Hope this helps. Good Luck
