Re: staffy
I'm sure adding a touch of water to it won't hurt, however, I've never used this brand. Hopefully someone will be along that can offer more advice.

Re: staffy
Hiya. As mentioned water can be added if you like, but to bring the smell/flavour out it's best to be warm water and fed slightly warm too. Though; I will say, Hills isn't the greatest food (2.7 out of 5 rating!) - the first ingredient is maize and is has minimal meat content. The only thing that will actually make it taste nice is the layer of animal fat that coats it.
There are lots of better foods out there with better quality ingredients; if you would like to feed dry food Eden gets a 5 out of 5, as does Simpsons and Orijen. If you would like to mix some wet food in, I would go for Wainwrights, forth glade or nature diet trays

Re: staffy
Not sure how far you should walk a puppy? Someone will know and help out. Ask as many questions as you like, its what we are all for on here to help and seek advice ourselves too.
Theres a link somewhere on here on food that is good.

Re: staffy
Any of the above that I've mentioned are good quality that will help her to gain weight and fill out. The general rule with puppies is 5 minutes for every month of their age twice a day - so, at 4 months 20 minutes twice a day, and increase by 5 minutes a month as she ages.
