Hello! Poor Sapphire. Few questions - were both parents blue by any chance? Is she itchy? Does her skin smell odd?

Does it look crusty at all? Sounds a bit like demodectic mange. Possibly an allergy, you'll have to wait and see I guess.

What r u feeding her? Blues are more prone to health problems as far as I know! And staffiesdo seem to have quite a few skin complaints if you've been under a vets care and it's not mites etc and she is not stressed or uncomfortable with it I would get her a coat to wear when out and about don't over bath her and when the weather gets hotter make sure she has sun cream! Hope it clears up

Staffs are prone to allergies, and blues in particular suffer from more health problems especially if both parents are blue. You definitely need to seek more vet advice, this could be something that can be cleared with simply with a cream or may need tablets etc.

Maybe post a pik of the patches?

Hopefully the vet will be able to suggest a good treatment. Do let us know so that we can share with others that might be in the same situation and hopefully hear some good news for Sapphire Smile

Poor thing. Hope it clears up too.
I dont know if this helps. Pixee had terrible dandruff when we first had her, a change of food, (when we finally found one she loved doh ) and fish helped alot. But the thing that really helped was also tea tree dogs shampoo. She loves it when we use it on her.
