Re: laminate flooring
I wanted laminate for the bathroom and kitchen but ended up with vinyl got from carpet right when they had a 25% off sale so got a good quality thick one that looks like it's tiled but a hell of a lot warmer under foot lol
took the guys about half an hour to lay and a bit more forgiving if your floor is a bit uneven, what swayed me was Ledger could end up scratching it either way so the cheap option was favoured

Re: laminate flooring
I laid some laminate a while back Col and it's fine. Bought from B & Q if i remember correctly.
In my hall I have Karndean which is great but can be expensive.

Re: laminate flooring
I did my front room with laminate about 6 years ago, just remember to get a good quality underlay and its still going strong with nearly 4 years of dogs skidding all over it. even survived two bouts of puppy training with both marley and laska. I got B and Q as well.
