Newbie from leicester, UK

hi all

I will be picking my first staffie pup up on April 18th and im super excited, iv been fortunate enough to have pick of a litter of kc registered blues, im hoping to be able to go to a few shows with her providing she falls within the criteria,
when living with my parents we had a staffie as a family pet and he is still going strong now,
I fallen in love with the breed when we first had him, so when I decided I wanted a dog of my own there was no doubt in my mind that it could be nothing other than a staffie,
we had our family staff as a re-home at around 18 months old already house trained and extremely well behaved, knowing a lot of commands and just generally a perfect dog, so this puppy stage that im going to be experiencing is going to be a new thing for me.
Im hoping to get a few pointers along the way, hopefully from the help of you guys,

so if you could give me one bit of advice what would it be?

Ruby's 10 weeks and been with me a week. I also had my last dog from when he was grown and trained etc so this is my first puppy experience and I'm enjoying every minute! It's so exciting to see their progress Ruby's already house-trained and sits for a treat. Good luck!
