Millie does clicker
This is sessions 2 & 3 of Millie's clicker training. The first session was just teaching her the target.
She's never been happy having things over her head - she will hide under the kitchen table when she sees her coat and we can't have a chilly Millie. She also ran away from me dusting with a feather duster (an uncommon sight, I'll grant you), so it's time to reach for the clicker.
I love the yaps at the end

Re: Millie does clicker
We understand that somewhere in there is GSD, but there's probably another breed or two lurking. Her mum is Roxy, who looks like this:

It's unlikely we'll keep her - she's a foster pup - but I think my husband's resolve is weakening.

She is such a clever girl!
Is the ball on a stick a favourite toy? Or something you start clicker training with to then use as a prop to help with other tasks?

Re: Millie does clicker
It's a clicker target. You can take the ball off if you want, and it's telescopic so you can make it longer or shorter.

Where it's proving really useful for Millie is in persuading her to go places she's not sure of. As soon as she sees the target she relaxes as she knows what to do. We've got our 2nd hydro session this morning and I'll take it with me as she's not sure about that wet stuff yet!
