Hi guys,
I have a few things i could use some advice on.

1. toilet training - Winston will go outside and have a number 1 and number 2 when we are walking, but he tends to come home and do a number 2 straight away? why does he do this? is it a territory thing? .. Is there something we can do to stop this?

2. When we go to stroke him he tends to bite us, Is he thinking that we are playing? .. My boyfriend's daughter wants to stroke him but she gets worried because he's baby teeth are quite sharp. How do we get him to let us stroke him?

Thanks guys!

Im not sure about your first question but patting Ruby was the same when she was smaller, now at 14 weeks shes a lot better! Sometimes i think shes over excited which they tend to nip. Just stand firm with your Nos is all i've done and ignore. Praise for good behavior even when they are just doing something good it doesn't have to just be when your patting Smile

I've heard of the first issue before but not sure how to remedy it straight away. I think you'll find as time goes on he will go when he needs to when out. You could also try walking at different times to see if that makes a difference.

The second issue is more than likely the want to play with your hands. They are quiet appealing to pups and seen as play things. Remove said hand with a NO and replace with a toy.

I'm sure this will calm down Sue Smile
