Woodys first swimming lesson!

Spent the day up at a place called Tower Woods, which is 15 minutes walk from home - never even knew it existed. there were plenty of ponds & sticks so Woodly had a blast! he was quite eager to go in the water but he wouldnt venture out too far -if he couldnt stand up he wasnt going any further, was hilarious watching the expression on his face when he realised he couldnt stand up and he'd quickly dash nearer inshore! although not quite so funny at one point when he could get back up the bank and i thought i was going to have to go in myself to assist!

thanks all. he is getting so good off the lead now it is a pleasure taking him to new places. we just had one incident where Woody stole a yorkshire terriers ball - oh my god what a vicious little ankle biting swine - proper went for my boy, what did Woody do................. he trotted round the owners without a care in the world, smiling tale wagging!

its a lovely place and you wouldnt believe it but its right next to a really busy road, cant even hear it when get in the woods. Izzy was grumpy today so she was on the lead all walk nearly, just managed to get one pic
