Diarrhea!
Franky (4months) is having diarrhoea roughly every 3-4 days. There is some solids in there but the rest is liquid and lots of it
When he has a bowel movement it shout out as though he is getting rid of a lot of wind at the same time - if anyone is behind him then they would get the aftermath on their shoes
The second bowel movement of the day is always fine.
He is eating well and running about with not a care in the world- its only me who is concerned.
Any opinions please - Thanks
Forgot to mention - Franky is on raw feed, could this be excess water in the meat?

Re: Diarrhea!
He might need a bit more bone content to firm it up?

Re: Diarrhea!
It could be bone "Yes" as I did cut it down as he was constipated a a few weeks ago.
Franky meals are 9am / 1pm and 5.30-6pm
He gets a mixture of 1 part beef / 50% chicken with groundbones and 50% tripe.
On top of his first meal of the day I put 1 teaspoon of salmon oil over his food.
And throughout the week he gets 1 egg with shell/ tablespoon of natural yoghurt twice a week and a little grated cheese/ cottage cheese.
For treats he gets dried venison when I am training him.

Re: Diarrhea!
Have you tried any other meats in his diet? Maybe one of those isn't sitting quite right with him.
Is it just the chicken that has bone in it?

Re: Diarrhea!
"yes" it is only chicken mince with ground chicken necks.
I do give my dogs chicken hearts occasionally and an odd beef bone now and again.
I did include extra chicken in his meal for his evening meal yesterday and his motions this morning was perfect, and he has tucked into his breakfast with relish.
