New 4 month old staffy & vaccinations questions

Hi all, we have just re-homed a 4 month old female staffy & have some questions regarding vaccinations.
I have a receipt from previous owner with the following:
1 x primary health check
novivac dhppi (50 box)
nobivac lepto 2 (50 box)
microchipping
Milbemax puppy & small dog tablet (50)

With the above am I safe to walk in the local park?
We are very wary due to recently losing our re-homed staffy Bruce (seen in avatar) only 11 months old who was diagnosed with lungworm due to the 1st owners not having any vaccinations & vet suspected he had jabs too late after lungworm had set in.

Am calling Pdsa today to have health check asap so will ask them also.

Sounds like only one dose given; definitely seek advice from vets. So sorry you lost your lovely Bruce I'm sure your little girl will bring you as much happiness.
