Archie squatting to pee but nothing coming. Any ideas?

With the bad weather yesterday. He wouldnt go outside properly. So he kept having accidents in the house not finding the paper. This morning when he goes out he squatting on the odd occassion and nothing coming out. Just wondering if there a problem or he just confused.

Hmm, not too sure, possibly a urine infection that makes it painful for him to wee so he's holding back? When did he last have a wee? Was he normal while doing it?

For me i think he got confused with yesterday bad weather. We were told he was paper trained but that was allways a hit and miss. But he was brilliant going outside but with the bad weather he was very reluctant to pass water outside. And its was very much a hit and miss indoors. Mainly he was peeing on the carpet and couldnt find the paper. Yet he knows where the shoes are . Now he goes fully but he seems to squat and drip as well. He down the vets wednesday for his 2nd jab so i will mention it to him.

Yeah it's a good idea to mention it, hope he's ok

Well done, I've done stool samples but never attempted a urine one, good luck tomorrow

Archie was given the once over seems fine. Just a little sore so the vet gave me some anti inflammatory liquid. Back Saturday to check if he ok then he can have his 2nd jab. Fingers crossed.

aww dear little Archie... hope he will be okay then....

Took Archie to the vets this morning. Had the once over then his Jab. Weighed him 5.9 kilos everything seems fine.
