I was talking about the capsules that have powder inside. We open the capsule up and mix the powder right in with her food. Suki will eat almost anything though so it's not a problem with us

If Moo gets fussy she is comfortable with me touching her mouth, I can open it (with her body in between my legs), lift the jaw up and drop the tablet in - close the jaw so they can't spit it out and keep the jaw up so they swallow, only takes a second but they have to be comfortable with having their snout handled Xx

Moo got arthritis at an early age so I often had to syringe things into her mouth - had to get used to the whole 'you are gonna have this' lol x

Ledger is generally ok, but every now and then would spit one even if hidden in cheese/ham the bonus to him having few teeth is gaps, support his chin up, post the tablet in as far back as possible and gently rub his throat til you see/feel him swallow so far it has worked but as I say most times he just eats it and has no issues with his wormer (granuals) sprinkled over his food even licks the bits off the bowl

Ohhh that's a very idea, will have to remember that one. We usually try them hidden in a piece of block cheese which invariably crumbles everywhere, will try the cream cheese though.
