Seem to be developing a pattern of not sleeping on a Sunday night or having irregular sleep. Do any of you have bedtime rituals to unwind?

Mine would be bath, tea, book or telly. But I think sometimes there's just too much on the mind.

my anti deps knock me out, struggle to get up in morning lol I do burn incense sticks find it nice and relaxing and covers up dog farts and cat smells  Laughing lavender is the best one at night time.

incense sticks sorry but yeah you can get lavender sprays for pillows and stuff if you dont like burning stuff.
