mackerel

does anybody love it has much as me?

it may not the best looking fish meat but it's bloody lovely!!

I love tinned Mackerel in oil   

Never tried it   

I really dislike all fish I could add more but better not

I do like tuna

with mackerel the colour is dark to light it doesn't look nice at all

I think tuna's the only tinned fish I've ever tried

I tend to only have the chilled fillets not fussed on tinned fish in general

You can get specially prepared smoked mackerel with different flavoured dressings from most supermarket chillers. Lovely hot or cold with salad

when i firs bought i thought no chance!! but my sister and her diet told me to have a go i love it

diesel gets it all the time even better freshly caught cooked with time and garlic butter in foil

fish is very healthy for you and is one of the reasons that asian people live so long

depend when they ben caught

asian sea got a lot of bad stuff in it

I catch them myself as im a keen angler freshwater and sea
