100 happy days
Those of us that did the 100 happy days challenge did really well. Don't know about you, but I kinda miss it!
So how about the "100 Healthy Days Challenge" Here's the concept:
- Doing at least one healthy thing for yourself every day and recording that.
- You can start any time. It is 100% up to you.
- Simple and consistent. Nothing fancy.
So just one little thing a day that makes you feel better - whether it's a fruit you'd never try to a little extra walk time, or simply feeling better/pampering yourself.... just making one little healthier choice each day?

If drinking a pint or three of apples everyday x 100 counts I am done

This is just a habit for me. I feel like crap if I don't exercise and eat right. Greasy food actually makes me sick

It could be good for people that need a little encouragement though. Having a kind of support group could help them stay motivated and one little thing per day can make a difference over 100 days.
