So proud!

Thought I would share with you all how proud I am of Dizzy after our hols.  We went down to Cornwall and considering this is the pup who doesn't know how to react in villages and has a habit of jumping up he did so well.  

We took him in to St Ives - no issues, he behaved really well on the lead lay down when asked and mainly ignored everyone.  

He played happily on the beach and in the waves (despite hating water when we first got him).  He dealt with being surrounded by a pack of six/seven dogs one day on the beach - he just wanted to play ball.

Slept in a tent with all the things going on outside that would normally cause whimpers and barks.

Basically dealt with all these new situations really well and with minimum effort and stress....

If only we could stop him barking at moths as he is at the moment!   

Sounds like Dizz was the perfect Staff.. Just makes the whole holiday perfect doesn't it

Thats fab you must be proud. We are thinking of camping with Vin and its the sleeping that worries me if he will bark at all strange noises.

As for the tent thing, the first night he whinged a little about three in the morning but when he was told to go back to sleep he was fine. granted we stayed on a very quiet site but he just didn't seem bothered.
