Easiest recipe ever!
1 over ripe banana
1 egg
Whisk together and fry as pancakes in a little coconut oil.
Serve with a glob of peanut butter/and or honey and serve with berries.
Mega easy, high protein and delicious

Lol! I'm really fussy with them.. sometimes i really fancy them and sometimes they make me gag! But Martyn bought LOADS and then didn't bloody eat them so I don't want to waste them! Banana and nutella muffins coming up this afternoon!

Oh no musnt waste them, I usuall make a banana cake but dont eat it meself

Love banana pancakes I do mine with cinnamon I'm not a banana fan either mostly they make me gag in their normal form but my banana bread is a hit at work and also the pancakes for over ripe ones or I cut them in half when fresh pop a stick in wrap in tinfoil and freeze they have the texture of ice cream as they defrost when eaten (sometimes drizzle in melted choc before freezing)
