Does anyone else suffer from chill blains? Hardly been winter here this year and my knuckles and toes are swollen and sore  Surprised

Ooh Lisa that looks sore, I get them on my big toes in winter bloody kill if I get in a hot bath!  Sad

The heat does make them worse doesn't it?! Get them on the tips of some fingers too and underneath the toes

The only place I get them is on both my little toes. Now every time I have a shower I use a pumice stone to get rid of dry skin all over my feet and they haven't been as bad. I just wipe the pumice stone fairly gently over my little toes which has helped a lot.
