if you mum and dad was born in england or whatever you live, you was good at your sport but never picked for your country but you could play for other countries would you?

Yes if the sport was my passion

Think it goes back to grandparents nationality anyway as believe I'm eligible for Romania. Otherwise as long as you are prepared to go for citizenship of whatever country then yeah why not
