Got peppa the kong extreme  xxl/xx- grand it says for 38+kg she's 16 at 7 months.  could it be dangerous? She cannot swallow it for sure it's too big.

Darcy has the black one is it that one? She's never even dented it xx

A friend had one years ago, left her dog for a short while with it, when she came back her dog had got her lower jaw stuck inside it!! Must have been too big for her.

Just don't leave her unsupervised with it then, hopefully when she grows more it will be just right.
