Gardening, walking and sunbathing, I'm very sore! My muscles are seizing up and I'm quite red, tomorrow will be interesting!

Been quite careful myself today as realized I was out of sun cream (well apart from Ledgers baby sun block but not much of that either so just covered my nose, ears and Ledgers belly)
Haven't stopped all day, two coats of paint on the rest of the front yard wall, frequent short walks for Ledger, a cull of all his old unplayed with toys, vaccum of downstairs, made a batch of chilli, some kindle and magazine time in the sun and caught up with A few things on sky+

I was daft... Having bought the jet wash yesterday I did the garden furniture, Flo's deck and half the humans deck. Back aches big time.

Backs of my legs are still a bit sore, they feel bruised! I'm going to have to start doing some squats and lunges around the house, this is no good!
