For carpet cleaning, how much should you dilute it and is it ok if for dog to lick. Tried a spot on sofa after someone was sick after eating poop grrr 
she had a wee liclk after i used it. Should i keep her away till it dries?

Takes a lot for my 2 to be deterred by anything and they've licked vinegar before with no issues. I usually dilute 5mls to about 2 or 3 cups of water (more or less).

Shouldn't think it would hurt as its sort of an anti septic

Was a bit dubious but worked really good and its cheaper so no more chemical cleaners for me.
