ow ow ow part 2
Well the muscles in my neck/shoulder blade have gone into spasm again this time im at work and currently wondering how im going to drive home

Well it was an interesting drive home, windows wound down at junctions to listen for traffic :S no gp appointments til Thursday and managed to get in with the chiropractor earlier on thurs anyway.
Still got some naproxen but that wasn't having any effect nor were heat packs or tennis ball rolling, nipped up to £1 shop and got some ibruprofen gel and boots suggested some paracetamol co-codamol another soak in a hot bath and finally feeling a bit of relief well enough to risk work again tonight

Well I lasted the night! co codamol obviously helped but also managed to crack my neck a bit still tender and shooting pain if i turn quick or the wrong way so not sure how much is just building up a tolerance to the pain
