bedtime
well as you know jessie j sleeps in the kitchen due to her age and gizzy sleeps in our room . well after her continous barking and pratting last night !!!! we are trying her in our room tonight as we think she has outgrown the kitchen. gizzy has a bed at the base of ours --- would you suggest putting her bed next to his --- next to me --- sharing gizzys bed --- also any other ideas plz as long time since gizzy moved in with us and forgot how we settled him GULP

Re: bedtime
Could you try all three and let her decide for herself?

Re: bedtime
Hiya! I wouldn't only have one bed between them as it could cause a bit of tension if they don't want to share. I would recommended two beds next to each other, she's probably missing him too!

Re: bedtime
went to bed at 11pm - she went straight to her bed - settled after 30mins then slept till 6am and started pacing. i let her out for a wee then she jumped on our bed- rather than spend the next hour trying to settle her back on her own bed we was lazy and left her lol - she then slept till 8.30am and we all got up ----- so pleased with her -- we kept putting this off bcos i thought she wouldnt settle/would mess/would disrupt gizzy all night and none of this has happened - just goes to show we should trust our dogs more

Re: bedtime
well here we go ---- little monkey is now doing a push the button game !! - goes on her bed but paces for an hour before settling - with my arm hanging over edge of bed so she knows im there!! - then 3am waking up and whining/pacing so let her out & gizzy for a wee - last nite gizzy came in the dogflap and upstairs b4 her so had 10mins of her whining outside b4 the dosy pup remembered the dogflap---- then bcos she was wound up took an hour to settle her which unsettled gizzy ---- finally at 4.30am she fell asleep --- heard the cats outside the door at 6am so started pratting again - so again let them both out for a wee hoping it would settle her --- then she wouldnt settle on her bed so at 7am allowed her up onto ours---which meant gizzy had to come up aswell -- which meant 2 dogs on bed - 2 humans shoved out!! - starting to dread nitetime now and wondering if her in the kitchen was better lol -- soooooooooooooooooo tired -- oh and now both puppys asleep on sofa while us humans have housework to do
