When I was in morrisons they were selling lambs heart and chicken livers for 45p a pack think its 1lb packs so picked some up along with a beef rib was just wondering if lambs heart and chicken livers are considered offal I know beef heart is muscle meat not sure if it's the same.

also are beef ribs safe? I know weight bearing beef bones aren't but not sure about ribs?

I think its been covered now on your other thread but heart os muscle and liver is offal. Ive never fed beef ribs, would have thought they'd be OK
