Rogz Grinz tough squidgy ball - wound up in my dog's stomach
I thought this was the perfect toy as R didn't seem to be able to destroy it. But, given some time, he did. I hadn't realised he had eaten half of it until it came up five days later, all over my carpet. I am so relieved it came up at all. In the days before he was sick, his breath started smelling more than usual - I think it is because the ball was in his intestines gathering food that was not being digested.
Anyway - avoid.

Good to know! Seen too many dogs running around with those and the owners thinking they're "cute". Hope Rupert's alright.

They are really pretty tough - but not quite tough enough. So your Staffy could be chewing it for quite a while without making a visible impact, and then suddenly pull it in half and gulp it down without telling you...

I had been eyeing those at the vets, yes the vets sell those too, but I was kind of wary as Pixee is a good chewer! So thanks for the head up. Glad Rupert is ok too.

Thanks for the warning. This is why I only get out Alfies's chuck it balls and others when we are playing with him. If they were left out they would be destroyed/eaten in no time.
