Ok the advice I need is... I had a WOW moment with Flo this evening and want to share it... But not sure where as it isn't perhaps what all Staff owners should do... Ohhh errr that sounds wrong

So very very proud of my girl tonight but wouldn't want to advocate all Staff owners try it... It's sounding worse isn't it    Oh heck... A refill is needed quick

I was just thinking I would brag about my girly tomorrow.. She is so dam clever.. Perhaps I should do a thread about living with a deaf dog.

If you keep the drinks flowing I'll give you a quick account of this evening.

Drinks a FLO ing Ian   

Oh very good   

Well as you know Flo is my little special needs rescue from BDCH. The resident vet said she was completely deaf having had a TECA. She heard me the first time we met. Vet was adamant she was completely deaf !

So over the last 2 years we have learnt to trust each other off the lead. Tonight she surpassed my expectation.

I pavement pounded her past her small park completely off the lead. First time I have done this. We live in a very urban area and wouldn't chance it on the main roads at all. She loved it and was at my command at every road crossing.

As you do, we popped into the pub on the way back.. A JR was in there and Flo just looked, sighed and lay down. Everyone in he pub was megga impressed with the big scary Staff ignoring the jumpy JR.

Sorry had to off load that.. She is my little star.

Oh Ian that's fab must be such a great achievement every time. Love her what a good girl and the trust between you must be so special xx
I have to go up the wooden stairs now work early in the morn but help yourself to drinks! well done again to you both xxxxx
