Can't sleep!!

Been in bed since 10pm and still not fallen a asleep

Insomnia and I find it difficult to get comfy rach, than I start getting annoyed with myself because I can't sleep :I managed two hours in the end xx

Oh Insomnia is just awful, I used to suffer from it when I was a teenager, would often get 2-3 hours of sleep before going to school for the day! I took valerian but it made me feel like I had a bit of a hangover in the morning! Do you find your pain meds effect it too? Whenever i'm taking lots of tramadol or codeine for my endometriosis I find it has the opposite effect and leaves me feeling all buzzy! x

That's the exactly what happens rach, my pain consultant says they're counterproductive Xx

I hate it when that happens. Hope you get back on a normal cycle soon

I hope you can get some more sleep tonight Hayley, I feel like this sometimes and try not to go to bed until I feel very tired and sleepy, thinking that I should now be asleep just makes it worse for me.

Exactly how I'm feeling now Kathy but I've already fallen asleep lots which of course means no sleep vicious circle xx
