Jade.27 Help Needed

Hi guys i dont no if i am on he correct page but i really nee help. I live with my parents and brother in Wales and we have always had staffs for the last 20 years. We have one now and he is 2 he is looked after like a king. We spoil our dogs and look after them. Since having tod we have always thought that he has been a little strange but we love him. Since we have had him hes always been werry of boxes, bags, hats and other items within the house hold. The last few months he has relly changed he have started to go for dad myself and my brother, he hasnt gone for my mam. He has also been goin for other people who come to the house and we correct him and tell him no etc. its come to the point where my dad thinks he should be put down but me and my mam cant as most of the time he is so loving and lush. Do you think pr have any advice on what we can do. Thanks jade

Hiya Jade. When you say you spoil them, do they have necessary training and boundaries within the home too? What is his background, did you see his parents when you bought him, was he socialized adequately with the breeder and in your home, and has he had any negative experiences with people? What is he fed on and how much exercise does he get?

Hi there thanks for replying. When my parents bought him they saw the parents and they look good he is a proper staff and we have the papera etc. his diet is mostly chicken as he is very fussy but on times he does eat his dog food and then treats through the day and toast for breakfast. He gets walked everyday and we have a large garden where he runs and plays with his toys. He have always been socially active since a pup. The only negative experimce is if there is shouting or a argument within the house but this is rare. He does try and dominate the other girl staff we got but wr correct him and missi does to . I'd probably cut the toast out, when he does eat the dog food what brand is it? And is it just chicken breast? How long are his walks? What does he do when trying to dominate her? And when he goes for people is it usually over some kind of resource or handling? Or is it just out of the blue?
