Re: Tuna loaf
2 tins of tuna in oil, I have also used mackerel
2 eggs
160g flour (I'm using rice flour now to avoid the wheat)
1 garlic clove (I use 2)
Add the fish, eggs, flour and garlic to a bowl and mix up, flatten out onto a microwaveable plate, about 2cm thick, microwave for 4 mins, turn over and microwave for another minute, leave to cool, then cut into chunks

Re: Tuna loaf
Yeah it's really easy, that makes quite a lot, so I put some in the fridge and freeze the rest (or take it for my mum and sisters dogs!)

Re: Tuna loaf
Went down a treat with Oz, made tuna loaf, liver cake and sardine oatcakes, fave him a choice twice and missed up the order, each time no1 tuna loaf, no 2 liver cake, no 3 oatcakes
There is a recipe on here for liver cake from memory - 1lb liver, 1 lb flour, 2 eggs, 2 garlic cloves, water mode together put in a lined tim cook 30 mins 180 degrees
